PMP stands for Project Management Professional and is a professional certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI). It ensures you have worked in the field, learned the skills, and have the ability to lead projects for any organization and in any industry. This is a global certification and is widely recognized in the USA.
PRINCE2 stands for PRojects IN Controlled Environments. It is a process-based method and represents the “how to” of project management. It is flexible, scalable, and can be tailored to each project. It emphasizes dividing projects into manageable and controllable stages. Internationally recognized certification.
ITIL is a global framework designed to help improve customer experience. ITIL stands for the IT Infrastructure Library, an internationally accepted IT service delivery framework. The ITIL recommends best practices for IT service management (ITSM) and supports the standardization of various processes and stages in the IT lifecycle.
